"I used to be a customer with them for 3 years. Out of no where they increased my pill almost the double. When I called them they said because I am no longer qualified for specific discount, when I said to them we you didn’t call me before you increase the bill, they said because they don’t until they have the bill. And the one I was talking to is the manager and she said she can’t do anything and I just have to pay this pill which is the double and she hanged up the phone while I was talking tool her ."
